Artist Statment

I thrive on the dynamic energy of filmmaking—the meticulous preparation and the organized chaos of the set. Building a world through  movement, light, angles and shots or the design of sets to the last intricate detail. I love the balance between independently driven hard work and the collective effort required to bring a vision to life. The collaboration between cast and crew to create something meaningful for both the team and the audience is what fuels my passion. Being part of a project where everything falls into place, contributing to a final product that resonates—that’s what I love most about this life.

Hello! I’m currently in my final year of university, studying a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts, majoring in Public Relations and Screen Arts. Based in Perth, Western Australia, I have a deep passion for film and television, and I love being part of a crew that produces content designed to engage and inform viewers.

I’ve had the opportunity to work on many projects both inside and outside of university, which has helped me develop strong skills in cinematography and production design. My goal is to continue working in the camera or art department, where I can craft visual stories that evoke emotion and create meaning.

I also have a love for travel and was fortunate to intern at Baboon Animations in New York. This experience helped me grow immensely, both personally and professionally. My travels have also sparked a passion for photography, where I enjoy capturing life’s beauty and creating lasting memories to share with others.

This understanding of visual storytelling extends into my public relations work, where I use my skills to build effective communication between companies and their stakeholders. Crafting visual language within campaigns is essential to creating engagement and building positive reputations.

In my spare time, you’ll find me with my beloved dog, Daisy, going for walks, binge-watching movies and shows with a variety of snacks, or getting lost in a good book.
